We used rice vermicelli in Singapore and it worked perfectly.
Ingredients
- cooked sevai
- mustard seeds
- urad dhal
- curry leaves
- salt
- sugar
- oil
- coconut gratings
Method
Heat oil and then add mustard seeds, urad dhal, and curry leaves.
Add salt, sugar and coconut gratings. Remove from flame, add sevai, and mix well. Serve
