Ingredients
1 pav besan (sift first)
4-5 green chillies
salt
1 small lime sized piece of butter
or 1 tablespoon hot oil
hing
water for kneading
Method
Crush the green chillies and add 1/2 glass of water and strain.
Mix butter or hot oil with the besan.
Then add salt, hing and chilli water.
If the holes in the Sev mould are very small, keep the dough a little hard.
