Ingredients

  • 1/2 pav rice
  • salt and jaggery to taste
  • 1/3 coconut gratings
  • 1 marble sized lump of tamarind
  • 5-6 red chillies not roasted
  • finely cut drumstick leaves or methi leaves
  •  

     

    Method

    Soak rice for an hour.

    Wash and remove water.

     Grind coconut chillies and tamarind.

    When half ground add rice and grind again.

    Add jaggery and salt before removing.

    Mix methi or drumstick leaves and make sannapola
