Ingredients
1/4 pav toor dhal
2/3 pav rice
1/2 a small coconut
6 red chillies not roasted
1 little less than a marble sized piece of tamarind
1 big onion finely cut
salt to taste
Method
Soak dhal and rice separately, for at least an hour.
Grind coconut chillies and tamarind as far as possible with minimum water.
Add dhal after removing the water and grind.
When dhal is slightly ground, add rice after removing water and salt and grind again.
Sannapolo mixture need not be very fine.
Remove from the mixie, add finely cut onions.
Mix well make desired sized dosas ( not thin) with oil.
