Ingredients
- 1/2 coconut grated
- 1/2 pav raw rice rava
- 7-8 roasted red chillies
- a little more than a marble sized lump of tamarind
- salt to taste
- Hing water or 1 big onion finely cut
Method
Grind coconut, red chillies and tamarind coarsely.
Chillies should be smooth but the coconut should be coarse.
Add salt and just grind to be well mixed.
Remove from mixer .
Keep some masala water separately.
Add to the masala , rice rava ( washed, soaked and water removed)
Add hing water or finely cut onion.
Little masala water can be added and then steam
