Peanut Cashew Baje

Ingredients

  • jeera
  • chilli powder
  • salt
  • ground-nuts (peanuts) or cashews
  • besan
  • oil for frying

Method

Crush jeera, add chilli powder salt ground-nuts and besan.

Add just enough water so that the besan and spice mixture sticks to the peanuts. (Not sticky!!!) the coating should be dry and crumbly. Deep fry on a low flame.

Be specially careful when frying cashew nuts.
