Parsi Pudding

           This is A. Yolande's recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 litres milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 6-7 almonds
  • 12 pistas

Method

Dry milk to half and cool.

Add sugar and mix well.

Beat in eggs.

 Pour into a dish and bake for 45 minutes.

 Decorate with almond and pistas.
