Serve with Potato Bhaji and ginger coconut chutney.
Ingredients
1 measure urad dhal
3 measures dhosai rice
1 teaspoon methi
Method
Soak each of these separately, then grind, urad first, then rice and methi.
Keep to ferment for the next day.
Try to use little water while grinding, and keep the water to use later.
Before preparing dosas, add water to right consistency, add salt and mix well.
Use a little home ghee when frying the dosas.
