Ingredients
- kokum skin
- garlic
- green chillies
- coconut
- coconut milk
- salt
Method
In hot boiled water put a few pieces of Kokum skin and leave to cool completely.
Grind some coconut with peeled garlic petals and add green chillies.
Remove and strain.
Add this coconut milk and salt to the Kokum water (remove the Kokum skin).
This is a tasty drink and good for digestion after a heavy meal. This can also be server as a mixer with rice.
