Ingredients

  • 1 pav basmati rice
  • 1 pav sugar
  • 1/3 pav ghee
  • 5 cloves
  • cashewnuts and raisins
  • saffron and cardamom for flavoring

Method

Cook the rice with the cloves.

When ready mix the sugar and stir till it is well dissolved.

 Heat ghee in a kadai.

Add cashewnuts and raisins and then the rice.

Mix well.

Add saffron and cardamom powder.
