Ingredients
- 1 pav basmati rice
- 1 pav sugar
- 1/3 pav ghee
- 5 cloves
- cashewnuts and raisins
- saffron and cardamom for flavoring
Method
Cook the rice with the cloves.
When ready mix the sugar and stir till it is well dissolved.
Heat ghee in a kadai.
Add cashewnuts and raisins and then the rice.
Mix well.
Add saffron and cardamom powder.
