Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 6 tomatoes chopped
- 1 pod garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 6 sliced onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger.
- 6 green chillies
- 1 bunch corriander chopped.
- Salt.
Method
Heat oil in frying pan.
Fry onions till light brown.
Add ginger, garlic, chillies, chicken and salt.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Cook till chicken is tender and oil separates.
Add chilli powder and stir. Garnish with coriander.
