Ingredients
1 1/2 pound potatoes
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons fresh cheese
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon parsley
salt and pepper
2 eggs
maida
breadcrumbs
Method
Boil and mash potatoes till smooth.
Mix with the egg yolk and the cheese.
Saute onion till golden.
Mix all together, with salt and pepper.
Form balls, roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
Chill, then deep fry.
