Mama's recipe... Full of pepper, good one!
Ingredients
- 2 chillies
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 4 cloves garlic
- a small bunch of coriander leaves
Method
Fry chicken pieces in oil till tender and just leaving the bone.
Grind all masalas together.
Season with two minced onions. Add potatoes. Cook.
Add sour lime juice last after adding fried chicken.
