Ingredients
chicken pieces
curd
vinegar
chopped green chilli
ginger garlic paste
tandoori powder
red chilli powder
Method
Marinate chicken in curd, vinegar, green chilli, garlic-ginger paste tandoori chicken colour and red chilli powder.
Heat oil. Add marinated chicken.
Add fried onions for thickness when chicken is tender.
Garnish with coriander, pudina and kasuri methi and serve.
If you want this dry, then wrap each marinated piece in foil, and bake in a hot oven. open and garnish
