Ingredients
250 grams ghee
550 grams sugar
4 eggs
400 grams flour
3 tbsp cocoa
150 grams walnuts
1/4 teaspoon soda bicarbonate powder
1/2 cup milk
salt
vanilla
Method
Cream together the ghee and the sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Mix cocoa in 1 cup of strong (cooled) coffee ( 2 teaspoons instant coffee in a cup of hot water).
Sift the flour with the soda bicarbonate powder and the salt.
Fold in to the mixture alternately with the milk.
Stir in the coffee-cocoa mixture.
Bake.
