This is the name that Neha (aged 4) coined for the home cutlets and burgers that I make.Very light spice. Make them really small and the children really enjoy them.
Ingredients
- one onion, minced
- one chilli, minced
- butter
- cooked chicken, de-boned
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- rava or breadcrumbs
Method
Mince together 1 onion and 1 chilli.
Saute in a tablespoon of butter.
Grind together cooked de-boned skinned chicken, 1 egg, salt, pepper.
Then mix with the fried onions and the chilli.
Cool well. Roll in rava or breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
