Ingredients
- 1/2 pav Bengal Gram dhal
- 1/2 pav urad dhal
- 6 green chillies
- 1 " ginger
- 2 medium sized onions
- 6 sprigs curry leaves
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons hot oil
Method
Soak both the dhals together for 2 hours.
Wash and remove all the water.
Grind the dhals with salt, green chillies and ginger.
The dhals should not be ground but just cut into bits.
Remove from the mixie, add finely cut curry leaves, coriander leaves and hot oil.
Mix well, make balls flatten and deep fry
Can also be made with Bengal gram dhal only
You can omit the onion, add a little hing and make bondas as above.
