Tender Cashew nut sagle is a semi-solid curry
Ingredients
- tender cashews
- coconut
- roasted red chillies
- tamarind
- roasted coriander
- methi
- salt
- mustard seeds
- oil
- curry leaves
Method
Soak the tender cashews.
Remove skin and cook in a pressure cooker.
Make a fine masala of coconut, roasted red chillies, tamarind, roasted coriander and methi.
Add the masala and salt to the cooked cashews.
Masala water can be added to bring the curry to the required consistency.
Boil the curry and season with mustard seeds and curry leaves
