Ingredients
- 1 measure besan
- 1 measure ghee
- 1 measure coconut
- 1 measure milk
- 3 measures sugar
- cardamom powder
Method
Mix besan, ghee, coconut, milk and sugar and stir on a medium flame.
When this is semi-solid and done, add cardamom powder.
Keep down and spread in a greased plate.
When cool, cut into bits.
