Ingredients
potatoes
ghee
mustard seeds
green chillies
onion
salt
chopped coriander leaves
garam masala powder
thick pohe
grated coconut
haldi
sugar
Method
Boil potatoes and dice.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, 3 slit green chillies, finely chopped onion, salt, chopped coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Keep aside.
Mix together thick pohe, coconut gratings, haldi, sugar, salt.
Add to the potato mixture and mix together well.
Cover and cook on a low fire, stirring every 5 minutes.
Sprinkle water if necessary.
