Ingredients
5 ripe Nendrabale bananas ( should be very ripe, and skin should be black.
1 pav sugar
1/4 pav ghee
cardamom powder for flavoring
Method
Peel, cut and grind the bananas in the mixie.
Remove 1/4 glass of water washing the mixie.
Now mix water, banana and sugar and keep on the fire.
Keep stirring and add little ghee at a time when the mixture starts to get thick.
When done the halwa becomes brown or blackish.
Add cardamom powder and keep down from the fire.
Spread on a greased plate
