Ingredients

Masala:

  • 1/3 coconut
  • 3 red roasted chillies
  • a marble sized piece of tamarind.
  • Method

    Cook 1/4 pav dhal.

    Add vegetables (ridge gourd, ash gourd, mage)

    When cooked, add the masala.

    Season with oil, chopped onions.
