Ingredients
- 1 measure almond
- 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 measure sugar
- 1 measure milk
- 1/2 measure ghee
- almond essence or cardamom powder and saffron for flavoring
Method
Blanch almonds and grind with milk in the mixie.
Add sugar and keep on the flame.
Keep stirring.
After it is half done, add ghee and before removing from the flame, add the flavoring
