Ingredients
- Palak leaves chopped
- 200 grams paneer
- 1 onion
- 1 inch ginger
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Method
Cube paneer.
Lightly fry tll edges are just browned.
Drain.
Grind together ginger garlic and onion.
Fry well till browned.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and fry till the oil separates.
Grind the palak with the curds and add to the tomato mixture.
Again fry till the oil separates.
Add paneer and simmer.
Just before serving, add the garam masala and simmer for 5 minutes
