Ingredients

  • Maida 4 katoras
  • Besan 1 katora
  • Jeera
  • Salt
  • Finely cut curry leaves
  • Butter

Method

Mix maida, besan, salt, jeera butter and water and knead the dough.

Add curry leaves.

Smear oil on the palm and knead again.

 Make very small balls, and roll as thinly as possible.

Deep fry 5-6 at a time
