Ingredients
- 1/2 coconut grated
- 5 roasted red chillies
- one marble sized lump of tamarind
- salt to taste
- 12-15 petals of garlic
Method
Skin and roast garlic in a little oil till brown.
Make the chutney grinding the coconut, chillies, and tamarind.
When fine add salt and roasted garlic.
It is better to grind the chutney without adding any water.
