Ingredients
- 4 large capsicums
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- pinch of hing
- 2 tablespoons gramflour
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- salt to taste
Method
Chop capsicums and dice potatoes into small cubes.
Heat oil and fry mustard seeds and hing powder.
Add potatoes and fry till slightly brown.
Add capsicum, turmeric and chilli powder and simmer gently till tender.
Add gram flour, coconut scrapings and salt and fry uncovered for a few minutes.
