Mango Syrup

               This is Caro's recipe ( or maybe her Mum's) I suppose it is now redundant since we are all out of Bandra now, but anyway

Ingredients

  • 850 grams mango pulp
  • 1 1/2 kg sugar
  • 2 teaspoons citric acid
  • 1 pinch potassium metabisulphate
  • 850 ml water

Method

Make syrup cool and add citric acid.

 Then add the pulp.

 Lastly add potassium metabisulphate.
