This is Caro's recipe ( or maybe her Mum's) I suppose it is now redundant since we are all out of Bandra now, but anyway
Ingredients
- 850 grams mango pulp
- 1 1/2 kg sugar
- 2 teaspoons citric acid
- 1 pinch potassium metabisulphate
- 850 ml water
Method
Make syrup cool and add citric acid.
Then add the pulp.
Lastly add potassium metabisulphate.
