Ingredients
* 3 measures rice (measure = 1 medium katora)
* 1 measure black gram dhal
* 1 teaspoon methi
Method
Soak the above for 2-3 hours.
Wash.
Grind together adding water.
The batter should be of idli batter consistency.
Cover and keep overnight.
Make appo in appo tava.
