Dutch Truffle  From: www.imissthatfood.com            

This recipe came from Shagufta ( Zahraa's Mom) It is a close approximation of the
Dutch Truffle from Croissants in Bombay.
Ingredients
* 90 grams plain flour
* ( take away three tablespoons of flour from this and add 3
tablespoons cocoa)
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
* 90 grams caster sugar
Method
Cream together the eggs, sugar and the essence till pale and
creamy and thick.
Fold in the flour and the cocoa.
Add water till dropping consistency.
Bake at 200 deg for 20 mins.
Melt 300 grams plain chocolate and 160 ml double cream together
till well blended. Cool.
Slice the cake as required horizontally, soak with a little sugar
syrup and then ice with the chocolate icing.
