Pudina Chutney
This is my interpretation of a green chutney we used to eat at Samrat restaurant
in
Churchgate before we were married. I eat it with any kabab.
Ingredients
* 1 cup-full pudina leaves
* 1/2 cup yoghurt (drained)
* juice of one lime
* 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
* Sugar and salt to taste
Method
Grind together all except the drained yoghurt.
Stir it in the yoghurt last and then adjust the flavouring.
